Isabelle GENETAY is a French Ph.D. student who has recently joined the Lunar Prospector team in March 1999. She received her B.Sc. and her M.A. (both in physics and chemistry) respectively in 1995 and 1996 from Bordeaux University, France. After having passed a competitive examination (Agregation) to become a physics and chemistry teacher in 1997, she taught for one year at a high school in Orleans (France). Next, she returned to school and received her M.A. in planetology from Toulouse University, France, in 1999. In October 1999, she began her Ph.D. conducted by Dr. Sylvestre Maurice at the OMP (Observatoire Midi-Pyrenees) in Toulouse, France. She is currently working with Lunar Prospector neutron data on two subjects: 1) What is the chemical composition information contained in the fast neutron data; 2) Can thermal neutrons tell us information about lunar soil temperature?
